"It Was You Part 1"

It was you that woke me up in the mornings when it was time to go to school.  It was you that came to school to pick me up until I had a car.  It was you that came to all my football games in High School even if it meant riding to the games with others parents.  It was you that always sit in the same spot at the basketball games with your popcorn and Coke, yelling at the refs that I was getting fouled.  It was you that helped me with my home work, and it was also you that made me do it when I just wanted to play video games.  It was you that cooked lunch and dinner.  It was you leaving church a couple minutes early to go take the food out of the oven on Sunday so that lunch could be ready as soon as church was out.  It was you that always accepted everyone over the house.  It was you that helped me become who I am.  It was you that never gave up on me when I made it so easy for you to.  It is you that still Loves me very much. 

It is you GrandMother!  I watch movies that talk about how great grandmothers are, but in this life time there is nothing I could do to repay you the time that you took out of you life for me.  Lemarion Lewis It was you!!!!!!!
